Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC will accept a return of any product purchased from us, regardless of reason, unopened or partially used, within 30 days of receipt of product by the original purchaser. We do not have a “no questions asked” policy because the reason for return is important for our understanding and on going research into a particular product’s use… but we will accept the return regardless of the reason.
Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC will accept a return of any unopened and unused product purchased from us within 90 days of receipt of product meeting the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, undamaged and unmarked packaging; suitable for resale.
- The product does not have any special handling or storage requirements (ie: refrigeration).
- 6 or more bottles or packages of the product were not ordered at the same time.
In either case, any returned product requires approval from Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC, prior to sending anything back, in the form of a “Returned Merchandise Authorization” (RMA). You can download this form here and e-mail it back to us or call us at (443) 677-8310 to authorize a return verbally.
Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase and will be issued once Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC, receives the merchandise and verifies it along with the corresponding RMA. The refund amount will be less the actual shipping and handling cost.
Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC, understands that there may be extenuating circumstances that may affect the approval for a return of a product - so please feel free to call the returns department at (443) 677-8310 to make any inquiries.
Returns: Damaged Merchandise
Freight damaged merchandise may be returned to us for replacement, but only upon verification of such damage. A “Returned Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form must be filled out by the buyer and pre-approved by Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC. Prompt replacement of the product to Buyer will happen upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
